Job Description

• Conduct Opportunity analysis for all products, understanding all industry segments with Major accounts.
• Prospecting with the potential Key / Major Accounts customers, understand their applications and promote solutions.
• Organize demonstrations through Dealers and closing the deals
• Networking with local organizations, Rental companies to promote the concept.
• Engagement with Finance companies to promote funding for Major Accounts.
• Interaction with Regional teams (RSM, RGMs) and drawing their support on Volume and Market Share targets.
• Be the trainer and to trainer further.
• Engagement with HQs to get solutions on product applications, attachments for the region and dealer teams in Major Accounts.
• Monthly, quarterly, annual sales and market share targets.
• Product launch, promotions, customer events
