Job Description
• Brings to the table various cutting edge technologies and best practices involving advanced analytics and ETL of large data in a productized delivery model, and data visualizations on platforms such as Tableau
• Works under the guidance of the COE Project Leader or Manager, playing a key role in driving the team’s overall strategy to develop product and capability to serve clients
• Works with case teams across geographies and industries; however, they focus almost exclusively on Commercial Excellence related projects
• Ability to handle work streams independently within a case project along with other team members
Requirements
• Proactively provide technical inputs to the internal teams
• Brainstorming with the Project Leader on various aspects of case work which ranges across multiple workstreams of data operations and product development etc.
• Have a good working knowledge across these languages: R, Python, SQL server etc.
• Identify and employ new and relevant data ETL sources,analytical and statistical tools, database management techniques etc.
• Ability to drive conversations through analytics, including, but not limited to relationships between key variables, key customer clusters etc.
• Hands on knowledge of visulaization tools such as Tableau – able to build new codes as well as edit/ update and debug existing codes
• Generate and screen realistic answers based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable solutions
• Communicate data and clearly explain insights and implications for the client to the entire team
• Effectively communicate with teams as per the need
• Share learning with new team members especially on technical front
Additional Information
Prior experience with machine learning, data analytics, is important. Working skills in R, Python is required. Proficiency in Alteryx, SPSS, Tableau and SQL will be preferred
