Solution Architect - Enterprise Applications

Hiring for a leading Semiconductor company based out of Bangalore

Primary Responsibilities: 
The lead Programmer / Solution Architect will be responsible for managing the development and production support of applications and programs supporting manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, sales, and production planning. The person filling this role will need to have strong technical capabilities and experience along with domain knowledge of Manufacturing Business Processes and related system integrations. Specifically, 
• Responsible for production support and implementation of projects
• Responsible for the analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of applications supporting Global Operations
• Works with business unit functional teams to help resolve application issues.
• Develops technical specifications from customer requirements and designs. • Ensure applications and code is being developed to meet the standards, guidelines and best practices.
 • Works with BSAs and coordinates the development and implementation of required functionality.  
• Participates in identifying and analyzing new and emerging technologies and roadmaps.
• Provides day-to-day technical/professional assistance for projects and programs delivered beyond the completion date.
• Works with BSAs to monitor programs/projects to ensure they have achieved the intended outcome or effect.  
• Performs a comparative assessment of multiple products and frameworks to define technology solutions in pursuit of using best practices/tools/techniques/templates in all life cycle stages. 
 
Mandatory skills required 
• SAP-ABAP: Familiar with core components of SAP ABAP including reporting, dialog programming, BAPIs, BADIs, Smartforms, OO ABAP Concepts such as Global Classes, and external web services (SOAP, REST) • WEBDYNPRO : familiar with concepts of Model View Controller, complex applications, UI elements 

 
 
• SAP ODATA/UI5/FIORI :  familiar with core design elements and concepts such as, UI5 Apps, Firori standard apps, Fiori Design patterns o Expertise in HTML5,CSS,Scripts,XML.  • Good understanding of Web technologies architecturally, and related security setup concepts including authentication, single sign-on, etc. • Integrations between SAP and other applications (C#, 3rd Party, etc)
