Job Description
1. This is strategic Marketing & Sales Function to build & develop customers for Crushers/Crushing Plants in India & subcontinent.
2. This position would be responsible for market development i.e. identify customer bases, do marketing activities directly or through agents/ consultants to generate & grow selling opportunity.
3. This position would be responsible for Enquiry generation, offer submission and Order booking.
4. This position would be responsible for selection of products/solutions & technical offerings to customers.
5. This position would be responsible for Order booing as per yearly Plan & Growth.
6. This position would be responsible for Pre & Post Order techno commercial activities of the contracts.
7. This position would be required to Plan, build, and grow marketing resources & network.
Requirements
• Position holder reports to: Vice President
• Qualification Required: B.E. (Mechanical)
• Skills Required:
o Must have at least 15 years of Marketing experience in the related field/Products.
o Must have thorough knowledge of application and selection of Crusher/crushing plants & associated Material handling systems.
o Must have experience in market development of above products.
o Must be good at selling & commercial skills, High on business Integrity & ethics
• Experience Required: About 20 years in Marketing & Sales of Crushers & Crushing Plants i.e. Jaw & Cone crushers & VSI & material handling equipment for various applications.
