Job Description

This is an opportunity to support expanding proprietary data business, helping to build a  product, a market-leading customer experience benchmarking service. The product creates NPS and episode benchmarks by surveying very large numbers of customers in a given sector. Customers are asked to identify the companies with which they do business, declare their likelihood to recommend each provider, describe why, and answer a battery of additional questions designed to reveal experiences with specific episodes, as well as share of wallet, channel preference, and other important data.

Team manager will work closely with the  Director,  Product Director, General Manager,  Partners, and the Data Business COE to build and deliver a commercially successful product that spans core sectors across all regions.


Essential Functions:

-Leads a group of Associates and Analysts to execute multiple cases simultaneously. Take responsibility for assigning work streams.
-Monitors and manages workload and resolves overloads.  
-Understand client needs and situations and adapt to case expectations. Show ability to resolve complex issues across work streams.  
-Communicate data, knowledge, and clearly explain insights and implications for the client to the entire team.
-Generate and screen realistic answers based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable solutions. 
-Develop automations and build innovative solutions to reduce turnaround times for delivery of instruments
-Provide technical expertise in Alteryx and Tableau related pieces to the team members where required
-Build and enforce best practices and process improvements to ensure quality of deliverables
-Good hands-on exposure to Alteryx and Tableau is a must
-End to end ownership of survey instruments throughout the value chain

Additional Information

Work experience:

6+ years of experience in areas related to machine learning, data analytics or predictive modeling.
Good hands-on exposure to Alteryx and Tableau is mandatory
Hands-on experience in predictive modeling, text analytics, data analysis and visualizations.
In-depth experience with customer insights /primary market research and analytics at a consulting firm, market research agency or data provider 
Experience in customer loyalty data analytics 
Education Required:

Incumbent should have pursued MBA / statistical/analytical course 
Preferred: Concentration in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Econometrics, Business Analytics, or Market Research is strongly preferred.
