Sourcing Manager- Food and beverages
Managing the overall operations and enhancing the operational efficiency by eliminating obsolescence and achieving cost reduction through vendor development and price negotiation
Reviewing technical specifications, bill of quantity; checking and discussing with project managers / production engineers to determine / search suitable manufacturers / suppliers Building and maintaining vendor relations; participating in preparing the quarterly review of vendors on supplier relationship document; Evaluating vendors, managing buyer processes, and analyzing reports on performance analysis, savings, and Raw Material & Inventory management
Rebuilding the relationship between procurement and production team and increasing efficiency by planning and expediting purchase order deliveries on time.
Managing the documentation such as vendor contract, quality issues, rejection action, monthly agreements, price Control.
implement cost saving measures to achieve reduction on rejection of materials, negotiate with the vendors & develope a cost saving tracker
Introduce time saving strategies and reduced delivery lead time in different projects
Establish credibility in spearheading sourcing plans / strategies and vendor identification / development with focus on strengthening effectiveness
Experience- 4-6 years
Qualification- B.tech
