Job Description
Manager- Sourcing (Laptops)
Sourcing and purchasing laptops, reduce and improve purchasing cost for existing products, sample test and delivery to sales manager in Headquarter.
Set up and control order scheduling (including sample order) and report to purchase manager if there is any timeline delayed, drive and coordinate the problem areas with internal and external team.
Ensure company quality policy and quality requirement implemented at OEM suppliers. Ensuring open communication with suppliers to have a living quality system.
Purchase related all responsibility - New Vendor Development, Price Negotiation with vendor, Contracts, PO releasing, Material Delivery and Payment,
Procurement of Laptops.
Spend Analysis and Spend optimization, Inventory Management, Capacity planning, Forecasting from S&OP.
