1. Develop and maintain company’s investor relations plan
2. Perform a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation
3. Creates presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors
4. Oversees the production of annual reports and other statutory filings
5. Manages the investor relations portion of the company web site
6. Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management
7. Serves as the key point of contact and front ending with the investment community
