Corporate Development:
Responsible for driving growth and governance focus for the company
Help the Management identify focus areas for growth through detailed analysis of the business segments, markets, capabilities etc
Prepare comprehensive GTM strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders or external consultants
Create and own a governance plan for the identified focus areas with the stakeholders
Perform analyses to generate impact driven insights
Identify key trends across markets, industries, and competitors that affect our businesses
Create analytical models to address key business questions and translate output into clear findings and recommendations
