Job Description
Role Description -:
• Seasoned Techno Manager, with 12-16 yrs of industry experience with a strong Technical programming background ( Java/.NET/C++, Cloud)
• Very strong in managing and tracking of the program independently
• Strong focus on engineering and innovation, should be able to think out of the box
• Strong exposure to Agile / SAFe and can own and drive processes
• Excellent communication skills and good Leadership Skills.
• Has led 40-50 team member teams in the past.
• Has good reporting and presentation skills , in order to interact with senior stakeholders and provide the engagement progress
• Very strong people manager, has a good connect with the team on the ground
Nice to Have -:
• Preference to someone who has global exposure of working in US
• Strong innovative mindset , someone with an exposure to new trend technologies ( Cloud, AI, ML ) shall be a plus
