Job Description
Position: Business Analyst
Location: Delhi
Reporting to: Chief Strategy Officer
Responsibilities:
• Track and analyze the Company’s key metrics trends and create reports to provide actionable insights
• Coordinate with data providers and technology team to ensure key financial/operations data points are accurately identified, captured, and automated
• Support top leadership team strategically to drive new initiatives and own financial validation of new business proposals
• Intake, prioritize, and execute analysis to increase productivity, optimize costs and processes at the Company level
• Undertake root cause analysis to identify underlying operational/technical issues
• Prepare business plans based on future strategies of the Company
Requirements:
• Excellent with Excel and Powerpoint presentations
• Familiarity with BI/visualization tools like Tableau, Looker
• Knowledge of SQL, R or Python would be a huge bonus
• 3 years+ experience in an analytics firm or analytics/strategy division of a high growth company, preferably, a startup
