Sourcing Manager - Audio

As a Sourcing person you will be working on:

Supplier Mapping and Supplier Relationship Management: -

Create Supplier data base of all potential suppliers for our needs.
Lead RFQ’s, audits and prototyping process to create business case for the shortlisted supplier(s).
Responsible to present the final business case proposal, including Risk Assessment / Gap Analysis and plans to close these actions to Steering Group ensuring supplier start up decision is taken.
Identify the clusters for supplier base and prioritize clusters - both domestic & international.

Cost Management

Responsible to work with Cost Break Down models for all products
Responsible to drive cost improvement initiatives and deliver constant savings
Benchmark cost data with market to deliver cost improvements

Associations and Collaborations:

the work of a Sourcing manager involves collaboration with the Quality, Operations and Finance teams to ensure a holistic outcome at the product delivery.
The engagement of multiple stakeholders in functional domain within.
They enable sourcing manager to focus on various initiatives of cost improvement, product quality and create a deep sense of ownership at every stage of work.

B. Tech /MBA.
4-8 years’ experience in Sourcing
Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of technology and business.
Ability to connect with people across teams & levels.
Strong in costing and negotiation.
Willing to Travel.
