Job Description

Collaboration with internal teams- product, business finance, customer service, etc to monitor and manage the category daily.
· Track sales funnels, converted sales and revenues and plug the holes if any
· Write SOPs for each customer touchpoint and monitor company and insurer’s performance against the same
· Build, run and refine a grievance and complaint handling process in line with the regulatory and insurer’s
· Build a ‘customer listening process’ and deliver inputs to insurers, insurance business heads and other relevant
internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience


● Preferably be an MBA
● Have work experience in operations (Preferably Health or Life) in a dynamic and fast paced environment
● Be agile and highly collaborative, communicate impressively
● Strong analytical acumen and problem solving
● Demonstrate deep understanding of insurance business
● Be highly data-driven and adept at balancing needs with business goals
● Be skilled in building and managing business alliance
● Thrive in a competitive and a result-oriented work environment
● Be able to create and own the processes on their own
