Eligibility Criteria:
Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related/relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree
Job Experience: Experience in any of the following areas: Multinational high technology corporation, Operations (preferred), Supply chain management, Product Management, Sales, Engineering.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain change integrity of Forward build customer tools
Controlled implementation of changes to Bill of Materials (BOM)
Work with cross functional team to maintain change records for supplier changes, supplier POR changes, obsolescence requests.
Analyzes reports and metrics for maintain process of Record for customer, reconciles data variances and uses that information to guide the identification of deviations from process of record and puts plan together with team to inform customer of upcoming changes
Interfaces with CCC team, supply chain, Product Management, Spares and manufacturing operations team, customer services business group to track engineering changes
Meet Key Product Indicators (KPI) and deliverables
Supports monthly validation of customer shipping BOM with change logs to enable change tracking
Self-motivated individual contributor receiving minimal instruction on day-today work.
Be part of and contribute to Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP)
Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:
Knowledge and experience in life cycle analysis, Product Change Notification, Component Obsolescence management, supply chain management
Good understanding of BoM (Bill of Material) structure
Proficiency in SAP MM & SD, MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Good verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally with a desire to work as part of a global team with high a degree of attention to details
Desirable Skill:
Exposure to SQL, SAP HANA and data visualization tool like QLIK Sense
Experience in the wafer processing or general manufacturing is a definite plus
Proven experience in Program Management and Project Management in technical or operations programs
Proven stakeholder Management skills in a matrixed environment
Note: Candidates should be comfortable working in shift based on business needs. Shift timings 1:30pm to 10:30pm
