Job Description

The role involves planning, scaling, strategising, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and
handling Product & Product features

Requirements

Role and Responsibilities
● A user-focused individual
● Lead end-to-end roadmap of academic and delivery products in sync with business
objectives
● Manage all aspects of the product life cycle, including problem definition, customer
needs etc.
● understanding customer's requirements through primary and secondary research
● Prioritize features and tasks for the product
● Constantly analyze the product performance against ROI, KPIs, and other metrics and
driven to improve performance
● Manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and
external
● Work closely with the User Experience team

Skills/Experience
● Experience with social products, technologies and platforms is strongly desired
● Extensive knowledge of online and mobile business models and consumer technology
● Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on
● Strong customer focus, analytical and data-driven decision making
● Should have managed a team of high performing PMs at multiple levels
● Entrepreneurial with a high degree of ownership, any prior experience building or
working in a start-up would be a plus
● 10+ years of experience in delivering highly successful and innovative consumer social
products, work experience with a consumer/Internet organisation or building a social
product would be a plus
