CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• End to end employee life cycle management
• Managing a head count of 250-350 employees
• Induction, Performance Appraisal , Attrition process, exit formalities, HR dashboards,
• Running and creating the employee surveys and analysing the surveys
• Managing Employee Grievances
• Stakeholder Management
• Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance
• Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department
Qualification:
•
4-6 years of experience into Human Resources
• Excellent communication skills
