Bring insights and inputs around relevant and applicable competition from the market place Working hand in hand with a Sales teams comprising of BDEs and AEs Solution-oriented sales approach instead of a transactional one. Shaping and winning deals using extensive offerings portfolio in QA&T space.
Specification / Skills / Experience: 15+ years of experience in IT / Engineering services organizations Expertise in Testing and QA, Automation, Cloud Good handle on pricing constructs, models, building business case/ROI etc Good networking and collaboration skill to work with large, spread out teams Experience in architecting solution for quality attributes such as security, performance, scalability, availability Thought leader in architecting solutions using the latest technologies like AI, ML, RPA etc
Primary Skills (Must have): Proven track record of solutioning deals over M 20 € Experience of shaping, creating and selling Testing business (QA domain) Deep passion for customer interaction and drive for solving their challenges and competence in solution architecting Excellent written & verbal communication, executive presentations and time management skills Managed relationship with key customers and has a consultative approach towards sales Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and growth Problem definition and decision making skills Flexible for travel in India and Europe on short notice.
Secondary Skills (Nice to have): Technology risk analysis and management skills Knowledge of cloud, ADMnext, testing services
