We are currently hiring for a global management consultancy headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. One of the "Big Three" management consultancies, it is seen as one of the most prestigious employers in the industry. The firm provides advice to public, private and non-profit organizations.
• Provide thought leadership and sound business judgment to drive the team’s research and analysis on cases across geographies and industries
• Able to quickly come up to speed on different businesses and perform research and analysis across all geographies and industries
• Take responsibility for assigning work streams; monitor and balance workload
• Identify and employ relevant research sources and analytical tools
• Ensure timely, high quality, zero-defect research, analysis and output produced by the analysts
• Understand client needs and situations and adapt to case expectations
• Candidates should be a post-graduate/ MBA with strong academic records and minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Candidates should possess excellent analytic skills, communication skills, team player skills with ability to multiple task and work under pressure
• Proven self-starter with demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills – must have led teams of 3-4 individuals in the past
• Should possess strong in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Prior experience in similar analytical roles may be an added advantage. Intermediate-level knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx is required
