Job Description

Position will be responsible for budgeting, Planning and continuously building organization  capability encompassing people and culture basis the Company’s Shared Vision, Strategy, ABP and the Values.

Requirements

Formulates plans for capability development of people and delivers the same on time, in line with the identified skill gaps / TNI, and strategy for upskilling as per Business Strategy /ABP
Formulates and executes OD Plans basis diagnostics of the Organization Culture and through appropriate Interventions around the identified areas
Prepares budgets involving both financial and training days, seeks approval and adheres to the same.
Drives Training Needs Identification exercise for the organization as a whole consequent to roll out of Annual Biz Plans, on time, at individual, functional and organizational level.
Synthesizes and groups the Training Needs captured into appropriate progs basis Functional / Segment specific progs and develops an Annual Training Calendar for the Organization within the prescribed time lines.
Designs and develops customized training modules and / or any other developmental interventions (Coaching, Mentoring, On the Job Trainings and other solutions from time to time), to suit the specific and generic needs of the organization / specific functions / employee segments.
Uses contemporary tools, systems and instruments to measure the levels of effectiveness of the interventions to enhance knowledge, skills and competencies of the participants. 
Develops a compendium of appropriate Resource persons / Firms/ Institutions for leveraging them for appropriate progs as decided by the management.
Formulates and implements training evaluation metrics.
Creates guidelines for selection, development and maintenance of the internal pool of trainers in order to leverage their skills / expertise for training in a structured manner. 
Owns the process of identification of high potential talent as per process / policy in the Organization and preparing the Individual Development Plans for the targeted / identified high potential employees.
Owns End to end management of Management Trainees & Sales Trainees as per Policy and programs, besides being the SPOC for them during their tenure as Trainees. Facilitates periodic reviews for the MTs and STs and takes corrective actions on time to ensure effective grooming of the Trainees to transit into their future roles in the Organization .
