Primary responsibility is to support and drive the Performance Management cycle and all related activities for employees . Would also be working on various strategic initiatives and help drive a performance based culture
Driving all activities for Performance management cycle end to end
Work on implementation of performance management initiatives and frameworks/policies for performance review
Report various dashboards and key performance related metrics to leadership
Working towards building a culture of continuous feedback
Benchmarking with industry best practices and partnering with Business and Business HR teams to address specific business needs as a Subject Matter Expert
Working on strategic and stretch projects/ initiatives pertaining to effectiveness as part of Performance Management
Qualification:
MBA with HR specialization
Hands-on experience in MS suite – Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Excellent Communication Skills
Prior experience of equivalent role in Performance Management is a must
Ability to work under stringent timelines and influence multiple stakeholders
