Job Description
Coordination with the marketing team to understand their requirements and partner with them to close the requirements in agreed timelines & at the right cost. ● Responsible for managing few categories of Marketing Procurement. Categories include event agency, OOH campaigns, Digital creative agency, PR agency, Print & Promotional materials, Film production, Research, Consultancy etc. ● Responsible for procurement strategy creation and execution of key initiatives. ● Conduct RFP’s, RFQ’s, RA’s & Negotiations independently. ● Coordination with internal functions (Biz Fin, Business, Tax, Compliance, Legal) & external customers (vendors) for contract signing process. ● Maintain a dashboard of all requisitions as well as all contracts. ● Oversee new vendor registration process. ● Issuance of POs to partners and achieve PR to PO defined TAT
Requirements
Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in Marketing Procurement
Good communication and Presentation skills
Knowledge of e-sourcing applications (Eg : ARIBA, SAP, Oracle)
Additional Information
The candidate will be part of the Procurement team and will manage sourcing and contracting life cycle for Marketing category by engaging with Internal Marketing stakeholders, Vendors and is responsible for vendor selection and negotiations, Contract Compliance, Vendor performance assessment and reporting.
