Job Description
Position : Manager- IT Procurement.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Procurement of commodities related to IT like Software, Hardware
etc.
- Should have knowledge about Sourcing, New Vendor Development process, Contract
- Drafting, Vendor Onboarding, Contract Management & Negotiation, Purchasing .
- Build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to increase adoption
of Vendor Management Office processes and to realize the full value
of vendor relationships.
- Assist IT subject matter experts and Procurement with vendor evaluation criteria,
procedures and best practices
▪ Ensure vendor is meeting its contractual obligations through performance monitoring
and management of service providers, including Service Level Agreements (SLA) and
all Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
▪ Responsible to choose preferred vendors to get the required products which can
perfectly satisfy the requirements of the end users.
▪ Assigned to calculate the budget of every individual requests against the raised PO.
▪ Responsible to do proper negotiation with suppliers which can provide a win-win
situation to both the parties.
Requirements
Experience - 7 to 12 years
Location - Bangalore
- Should have core experience in end to end IT Procurement, Vendor Onboarding, Vendor Management .
- Candidates should have start-up experience.
