ROLE SUMMARY
A Application Development manager will oversee different initiatives or projects of a business, monitors their progress and completion, and ensures that they meet the expectations. Although a manager usually wouldn’t need to perform the hands-on tasks involved in a project, he or she must possess some degree of knowledge with regards to the various aspects of a project. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring timely closure of the tasks.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Including, but not limited to:)
• Represent the company while working closely with the US Team to define and deliver their needs.
• Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
• Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
• Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
• Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.
• Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of IT Development experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Management Experience.
• Excellent conflict resolution skills and demonstrated experience in directing and motivating multi-level talent.
• Experience conducting end to end project management; able to provide technical and analytical guidance to a project team.
• ETL Tools especially SSIS, SQL Server Integration Services

• Deadline driven, self-motivated, and technically savvy.
