Mechanical Architect

Our Cleint is a leading corporation that engages in the design, manufacture, marketing, and service of semiconductor processing equipment

Primary Responsibilities:

Formulating the technical roadmap, relevant for mechanical design of EM systems considering technologies, application trends, system integration strategy & lead process optimization initiatives
Develops functional specifications for complex electro-mechanical systems designs in compliance to the industry standards.
Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) & design verification & validation (structural analysis, thermal analysis and fluid flow analysis)
Design optimization based on understanding of the manufacturing process & proficiency of DFx guideline
Develop and present reports/presentations that communicate design intent, analysis, and validation at executive-level meetings

Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:

Demonstrated experience handling complex mechanical system designs involving significant system integration strategy & system level validations.
Worked closely with Electrical and System Engineers, designing power distribution systems, control systems and numerous other electromechanical
Expert in system, sub-system, and component level implementation involving DFX standards
Performed system level GD&T & tolerance stack-up analysis to improve design fidelity
Coordinated all aspects of machine design, including selecting of manufacturing methods, vendor selection and optimal part material selection.
Demonstrated experience on VA/VE analysis

 Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: B.E/BTech or M.E/MTech (Mechanical)
Years of experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
