Job Description

• Managing sustainable business growth for key and territory accounts across India
• Proactively drive sales growth and create business opportunity in new and existing markets by thoroughly understanding customer needs
• Account intelligence through building strong relationships with key people at all level within the organization to fully understand the business need
• Ability to manage and coordinate internal resources to ensure successful business growth, customer satisfaction and organizational efficiency
• Produces and executes sales/account plans that align with customer challenges and growth opportunities, resulting in exceeding sales quota
• Deploy collaborative software sales approach with the sales channel
• Works with customers and the industry solution groups to align customer solution plans and the software roadmap

Requirements

8+ years of related experience
• Knowledge of software licensing and services, along with Enterprise selling expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
