We are hiring for one of the market leader in the Indian Electric Two-Wheeler industry.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Setting and managing CRM systems such as Sales force, technical as well as commercial.
• Revamping and managing ERP system such as SAP for multi-location operations.
• Setting up safe, Data secure IT set up across the organization.
• Review and upgrade the IT infrastructure routinely, best use of technology across
organization.
• Best practices with cost effective measures for smooth functioning.
• Moving towards future ready processes such as Paperless office.
• Identifying the problem areas and quick redressal with long-term permanent solutions.
• Preparing IT budgets with key focus on supporting core business activities.
• Building and strengthening in-house E- learning platforms.
• Ensure regular IT audits and assessment for continual improvement.
• Managing a team of multi- location IT team.
• Preserve assets, Information security and control structures.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing and server managements.
• Training the teams on “Best use of technology” with routine training programs with the
help of HR.
• Resolution of complaints with in stipulated time reflecting Service as a strength and good
interpersonal skills.

- Hands-on experience with SAP, ERP, CRM,Sales forces, Cloud computing, IT systems upkeep and
managements.

- Location - Gurgaon
- Candidate should be from automobile and Electrical are preferred for this position.
