The position is for a HRIS Assistant Manager to support the HR Systems team. The person will have working experience in the administration of WORKDAY and will primarily be focused on technological and functional support for the Workday Human Capital Management system.

This role will support Core HR, Absence management, Recruitment, Performance management, Security Administration and Benefits/Compensation modules of Workday. A working knowledge of Time Tracking administration and Advanced Compensation is preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of overall experience out of which 3-5 years of experience in Workday Functional Support.

This demanding role would perfectly suit a dynamic individual looking to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure the smooth running of business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

The role requires the candidate to be able to carry out the following prime functions:

• Author, publish & support Workday reports and dashboards
• Create & maintain scheduled processes/alerts/notifications
• Work closely with HR teams to ensure data integrity
• Participate in regression testing’s and testing Workday’s bi-annual releases
• Participate in setting up and evaluation of new Workday offerings.
• Support technical and functional implementation of HR processes by using Workday
• Maintain and enhance existing configurations in Workday
• Assist HRIS team members with Workday support queries from different business regions
• Provide application support to in-house HR applications
• Take part in new initiatives and aid implementation of propose enhancements to existing systems
• Ensure communication to the respective teams and HR areas and provide regular updates
• Work with the strategic stream for HR Systems revamp and participate actively
• Work in close liaison with the UK, CE, India & Asia Pac based HR Systems and Operations Team using the standard operating procedures and governance model

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications

Essential Skills:
• The ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive data
• A sound understanding of working within a Governance framework to mitigate risk to processes and data
• Experience of Mass Data load using EIB Inbound
• Strong knowledge of Workday Report Writing and building Dashboards
• Expert in creating Workday Calculated Fields and solving complex business problems
• Sound analytical & debugging skills
• Good knowledge of Excel Macros and VBA
• 3+ years of relevant working experience in providing Workday Functional Support
• Experience in process improvement and ability to drive efforts to standardize, optimize and simplify processes and technical solutions
• Experience in managing stakeholders’ expectations
• Hands on administrative experience of Workday Modules like HCM, Absence, Recruitment, Compensation, Talent and Security
• Sound experience in managing Production support work
• Experience in Workday Business process configuration
• Exposure of Workday version upgrade activities (Weekly Service updates & Bi-Annual version releases)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Experience of working with multi-cultural and geographically disparate teams
• Flexible and approachable team-worker

Desirable Skills:
• Experience in Workday Integration and data extraction
• Exposure to data visualization tools
• Experience in Cornerstone On Demand and/or LinkedIn Learning system administration
