Role Overview
The Marketing & Communications Manager will develop an innovative, integrated marketing and communications plan focused on building the brand, positioning our service offerings and generating qualified leads across India. 

Requirements

Role Responsibilities
• Position company as a thought leader through developing, editing and producing content – Points-of View, articles, case studies, videos, social media posts and press releases
• Generate qualified leads and references from a variety of stakeholders including alliance partners, associations, clients and contractors
• Develop a strategy for conferences and events 
• Build strategy for a client relationship program to include former clients, alumni
• Manage Public Relations efforts across the region to increase awareness and visibility
• Provide industry and regional content for the  websites and social channels.
• Support internal communications efforts throughout the region, including the development and 
distribution of content
• Measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing lead generation and awareness activities. Use 
this data to enhance the plan as needed.
• The India Marketing & Communication Manager will receive support from the Global communications team, external agencies and writers.
• The position reports to the Managing Director– India and receives functional guidance from the Global Communications Director.

Additional Information

Qualifications 
• Accredited University degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field
• Strong professional experience in marketing and communications; 10 years in a similar 
position. The incumbent would preferably have worked within a services (vs.product) 
organization and have B2B communications experience.
• Strong writing skills 
• Ability to influence and negotiate
• Experience working with CRM systems 
• Ability to manage and lead people and agencies, as well as work within a team
• Ability to mentor and coach others
• Ability to travel (estimated 20%)
