Overview of the Role - Director – Support
Location: India, Pune
Role Description

As a Director Support, we look towards you as a leader for support operations in networking and network security
product domain. Someone who has established support organization for network functions and SaaS operations
for scalable and distributed application architectures.
Requirements
Your responsibilities include –
1. Leadership for Networking product support operations
2. Leadership for SaaS/Subscription based operations
Qualifications:
Proven success in leading support TAC operations
Proven success in setting up and supporting production SaaS systems in cloud native environment in (OCI,
AWS, Azure)
Hands-On knowledge of cloud solution architecture
Hands on knowledge of OCI or AWS or Azure
Expert troubleshooting skills with Linux OS and Cloud
Understanding of monitoring, metrics, billing, license, and subscription management
Good Understanding of Virtualized environment in (ESXi, XEN, Hyper-V)
Good Understanding of Kubernetes and Docker for containerized form factor
Good Understanding of Cloud monitoring and reporting tools
Network and security knowledge and experience preferred
Customer Empathy
Desire to maintain top net promoter scores
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Flexible to pivot quickly when needed
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent. Preferably Master’s degree in computer science
