Job Description
• Initiating and setting goals for various programs in accordance with the company’s strategic objectives
• Developing or approving budgets as well as operations
• Planning the programs throughout their life from conceptualization to completion including processes,
milestones, and deadlines
• Keeping senior leadership team informed of the current status of programs using accurate and detailed
reports/presentations
• Ensuring all activities and operations comply with internal policies as well as legal guidelines
• Applying resource and risk management principles as needed
• Discovering ways for the purpose of enhancing productivity and efficiency of people and procedures
• Supervise all programs as well as the involved Project Managers
• Providing feedback to Project Managers and resolving complex problems in a timely manner
• Devising evaluation strategies for monitoring performance and for determining the improvement needs
• Securing resources and expertise from the client organisation as required, for example, appointing professional
advisers to support the project sponsor role
• Co-ordinating and directing end user input & value management strategy
• Determining and managing risks to the programme
Requirements
• Knowledge of Data Science, Data Visualization, Data Quality, and Big data stack:
• Data Science: ML, Text mining & NLP, AI, Deep learning, Cognitive computing
• Open source tools R, Python, Tensor Flow
• Experience in working in Big Data technologies (Hadoop, NoSQL DB/ MongoDB, Spark) and cloud stack as in
Microsoft Azure, Google AI and ML suite
• Data virtualization, Architecture and quality: Netezza, Vertica, Informatica etc; MDM, data lake; Talend
• Data visualization tools like Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau
• Rich & diverse experience: multi-industry, cross process domains & functions, global large teams, operations
excellence
• Hands on experience in designing and leading large and complex deal pursuits, customer engagements and
people teams in varied business segments
• Prior experience in roles like Global Operating Leader, P&L Manager, Strategy & Business Planning, Account
Delivery Management, Process Consulting/Advisory to drive customer delight and multi million business
outcomesns
