Job Description

Experience developing and implementing the comprehensive recruiting program.

Collaborates closely with all stakeholders in the business to deliver the very best hiring experience in line with core organizational vision & objectives.

Responsible for Sourcing Planning and Managing pipeline across Meeting recruiting targets and managing internal or external stakeholders.

Proactively look for ways to innovate and improve the way of hiring at the company and deliver projects and process enhancements that positively impact the business and TA team.

Responsible for end-to-end hiring – Screening, Sourcing, Offer Rollout, Compensation negotiations, liaison with Comp and Ben, Candidate Management etc.

Working with the business team to understand the frequently asked skills and making pipeline & virtual offers for the same.

Business interaction: Regular meetings with Business Vertical Leaders to review and understand workforce plans.

Requirements

MBA in HR
Experience- 17+ years of experience in TA.
Experience working in a large company environment is a must.
Strategic sourcing, Orientation and On-Boarding
Stakeholder Management and Vendor Management
