Job Description
Manage a team acquiring small retailers (FMCG) at an aggressive pace.
FMCG division is established and one has to expand/increase the scale of the business.
Engage small retailers - what will lead to retailers driving business for company brand partners, what rewards would work, which brands to promote etc.
Build a predictable business with monetisation from large brand partners.
Expand the business pan India.
Experience with FMCG is a must - understands the retailer (Kirana/ general trade store).
Operational excellence and ability to build and manage large teams.
He/she has to be sharp, motivated and driven by new challenges.
Good understanding of numbers.
Requirements
MBA from Premium Institute.
Minimum experience should be 7 years.
