Job Description
• This person will participate in strategic decisions regarding application and infrastructure technology
• Lead efforts to architect, design and implement technology-enabled business and/or technical information solutions encompassing multiple specializations, platforms, and technologies in partnership with US based IT leadership team.
• Lead a team of high-performance architects, developers, analysts, QA, infrastructure support teams across various technology stack.
• Responsible for IT delivery including support from Global Service Centre (GSC).
• Identify and recommend integrated solutions, products, and services to support enterprise's business goals and technical needs via the application of industry knowledge
• Research, analyse, recommend, and implement new technologies, standard processes, tools, and techniques
• Manage a team of resources that delivers best in class solutions to business problems using information technology
• Assist with problem resolution when necessary
• Coordinate cross functionally within IT when necessary
• Execute projects in full compliance with defined processes and controls
• Manage day to day operations including business as usual changes in the assigned business function
• Effectively manage resource workload for operational issues as well as project activities
• Hire and onboard high-performance IT team
• Lead and build India based Center of Excellence (COE) teams
Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in managing Information Technology for a large company in a cross functional environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience and significant depth of knowledge in one or more of the following areas - Custom development involving micro-services-based architecture, Web services, API build outs, Integrations, COTS, ERP (Oracle Preferred), Azure migrations
• Experience required in building high performance teams from ground up.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in having used Kafka, React JS, .NET, Salesforce
• Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in information technology or related field.
