It is an IT services company based in Bangalore, India. The company provides infrastructure technology and applications outsourcing services, as well as architecture guidance, application development and integration, and application management services.
a. Must have handled Banking Account portfolios - Banking and Capital Market domain exposure would be preferred
b. Must have grown & driven offshore portfolios in the range of USD 8 – 15MM and Headcount > 150 employees in offshore ODCs and in onsite offshore models
c. Proven experience in high volume ramp ups of teams
d. Proven & experience in client management, coordination and negotiation skills. Must have ability to connect closely with customer
e. Proven & experience in Delivery Management for cross & next gen skills and projects, using methodologies such as Agile (SCRUM, Feature Driven, Lean, etc)
f. Preferred expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, Cloud, MicroServices
g. Must be well read/versed in Next Gen technologies such as Digital, Cloud, RPA, Analytics, Big Data, etc
h. Proven experience in Pre Sales & Solutioning for deals, RFPs/RFIs, proposals, etc
i. Strong P&L & Operational Management experience
1. Minimum 14 years experience in IT Services & from Computer Engineering / Computer Science background from Tier 1 colleges
2. Strong People Management, Mentoring and leadership skills
3. Excellent written, spoken and presentation skills
