Job Description
All the Secretarial, SEBI, FEMA & other compliance work for a listed company
-Most preferred if the candidate has led the secretarial and compliances related work during IPO listing of a Company
-Very good knowledge and experience on Companies Act, Secretarial/SEBI/FEMA related laws and rules
-Has ability to execute, review and lead a team for the purpose of other work
Requirements
Experience range - 10 plus years of experience
Location - Kolkata
Preferred Qualification - CS, LLB
