Job Description

Core team member who will outline the company's technology vision and effectively
implementing strategies of competitive advantage
● Leading the full spectrum of platform development in building upon the MVP and launching
one of the most engaging mobile & web-based e-learning platforms, CRM etc.
● Assemble, nurture and lead high performing teams from MVP through to Product Launch and
finally large-scale development and operational deployment.
● To lead complete solution architecture and end-to-end scaled technical development
● To evaluate the existing platforms and sight opportunities for using the existing capabilities
to achieve the planned GTM
● Work with the CEO and act as both a technology and business expert and actively participate
in decision making for the current and future operations of the company as and when
required
● Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements
● Monitor KPIs and coordinates budget planning for technology division; maintains
appropriate control and oversight of all financial and budgetary matters for the division
● Create and support cross-functional teams for needs assessment, decision-making,
technology support, professional development
● Maximize the efficiency of production efforts by coordinating the various teams and
operations involved in the process and ensuring there is no overlap.
● Build quality assurance and data protection processes while ensuring technologies are used
efficiently, profitably and securely
● Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors

Requirements

12+ yrs. of Engineering experience, with a min of 4 yrs in a leadership role
o Proven ability in system design/architecture and building scalable systems,
preferably in a B2C segment.
o Experience working for ed-tech (Online Education) products is highly desirable
o Knowledge of the latest technological advances. Exposure to mobile & web-based
video streaming technologies a must
o Minimum 5 years experience in managing and providing tech leadership to the
engineering team
o Ability to define and implement IT infrastructure needs.
o Must have a mix of start-up and scaled up business experiences. Entrepreneurial
experience preferred
o Strong management skills to perform planning, budgeting, directing, reporting, and
administrative responsibilities. Proficient team handling and interpersonal skills
o Should bring strategic thinking and strong business acumen
o Problem-solving aptitude with an ability to meet deadlines under pressure
o Long term vision alignment
o Demonstrated innovation skills
● Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering or related education
