Job Description

Profit & Loss Head for FMCG Business.
Business Management encompassing Strategy planning, P&L Management, Business Development & Marketing
Leading P&L responsibility as the Head of a large FMCG Business Unit & managing a large team.
KRAs would include business growth, strategy, profitability, exclusivity, complete P&L, team development, vendor relationship management etc.
Work with different teams across the organization to get 360-degree exposure and influence.
Identify and drive sources of customer and transaction growth for the FMCG business.
Own pricing strategy based on market potential, consumer insights, margins, competitive signals, etc
Create a sustainable business model in the FMCG for ongoing business.
Set goals, define KPIs and ensure team tracks effectively towards goals

Requirements

MBA from Tier Institute, 12+ years of experience.
Strong understanding of technology and business.
Knowledge and experience of the consumer goods industry is a must.
Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion.
Proven people leadership skill
