Job Description

Key Responsibilities
o Reviewing current data quality scores and working to coordinate and implement remediation plans
o Help coordinate and plan day to day projects to ensure timely delivery of overall tasks
o Driving root cause analysis
o Driving resolution of technology and process issues
o Driving remediation activities including coordination with technology where required
o Assisting with the development of MI for key stakeholders
o Assessing and prioritizing key tasks.

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications Required
• Experience range: 2 - 4 yrs
• Knowledge of Data Quality practices
• Knowledge of Data Governance principles
• Deep knowledge of Retail Operations processes and the impact of data to those
• Strong Microsoft skills
• Technical abilities - SQL, VBA & Advanced excel 
• Knowledge of Data Analysis & Data manipulation.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Self-starter, keen to take on responsibility and new projects
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to demonstrate abilities and experience in duties and responsibilities mentioned above
• Ability to work well with various internal departments at all levels
• Ability to anticipate potential problems, plan for such events and problem solve
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Due to the nature of the position, the role would suit someone who is able to manage their own time and a 
workload that can be heavy at times.
• Ability to create specific action plans out of complex data issues.
• Ability to assess downstream implications while deciding on data remediation actions.
• Escalate on time and be analytical in resolving unanticipated issues
