Job Description

Role and Responsibilities
1.To ensure overall accomplishment of defined sales & collection targets for Indirect Channel by working closely with distributors.
2.To appoint new distributors as per defined network gaps and handhold them during the initial 6 month of onboarding period
3.To collaborate with regional sales team for driving profitable revenue growth through existing channel partners by executing performance management systems like monthly reviews, capability assessment etc. as per defined frequency
4.To ensure distributor management processes are effectively implemented and executed
5.To drive competency assessment of distributor’s sales & service team and provide inputs towards their competency development program, to lead sales coaching for distributor’s sales team
6.To facilitate the resolution of channel conflicts as & when arise in the best interest.
7.To provide timely inputs on market demand, competition activities
8.To review the Dealer Agreements as per defined frequency ensuring 100% compliance

Requirements

Qualifications, Education
Engineering graduate -Mechanical/Metallurgical
MBA Marketing (Preferred)
Experience range
5 to 8year experience, minimum 3-5 years in B2B Indirect Channel
