Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
• To support EV business with the day-to-day management of the warehouse operation, customer, order fulfilment functions and associated processes/procedures.
• To ensure smooth service, both internally, to all areas of the business, and externally to customers.
• To develop and maintain a clear and scalable strategy to support the growth of EV Business.
• Manage, motivate, train, and continually develop the warehouse team.
• Manage the security of all warehouse inventory, drivers and their workload and ensure full
coverage where necessary; maintenance of delivery vehicles ensuring they always remain roadworthy and legal.
• Maintain regular communication with all customer & address their issues.
• Liaison with customers/controllers to ensure safe vehicle movements are maintained, in line
with company guidelines.
• Ensure the highest operational standards are always deployed.
• Ensure the warehouse is compliant with current Health and Safety regulations and the warehouse team is trained appropriately.
• Regularly appraise team members and carry out annual performance review at the communicated time.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities required.
• Ability to work with all levels of company staff.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as and when requested.
Requirements
Experience- 7 to10 years
Location : Bangalore
Education : Post Graduate
