Job Description

Designation - Branch Sales Manager.

• Responsible for sales strategy execution.
• Lead and manage retail and distributor network across the Rest of Maharashtra & Goa.
• Provide leadership through personal example by visiting retail outlets at ground level and build trust and lasting business relations resulting into strong brand advocacy.
• Leading team of 4 Area Sales Manager which are further followed by Sales Officers.
• Ensure 100% SKU availability with highest counter share in terms of stocks and sells across retail base.
• Lead sales vertical consisting of sales team and distributors in coordination with OEM teams.
• Responsible for daily purchase orders, billing, credit management and collections across distribution network at primary and secondary levels.
• Plan and execute KPIs to achieve volume and value targets, growth and market share.
• Input trade and market intelligence and insights into sales strategy including competition tracking.
• Lead employees through effective hiring, orientation, training, mentoring and coaching.
• Responsible for communication across channel and teams on product information, schemes and margins.
• Analysing the sales trend, and planning stocks for the upcoming months.
• Negotiating for the best possible space for displaying the products.
• Maintaining cordial relations with store managers ensuring dominance in daily sales.

Requirements

- Should have experience in General Trade, Team Management, Sales and Marketing.
- Experience : 9 to 13 years
- Location : Pune
- Education : MBA
- FMCD Companies are preferred.
