Deputy General Manager- Production

Opportunity with a Well established American multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation and this company based out in Vizag Location.

Position : DGM- Production

1. Should have experience in Injectable Vial and drive quality mindset and culture on shopfloor.
2.Set objectives for and manage multiple projects and ongoing work activities within division.
3. Ensure that the teams are staffed to meet production requirements.
4. Ensure that colleague training programs are suitable and effective to support Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements.
4.Define and implements strategy to achieve results as measured by established metrics, and to continuously improve operational performance.
5. Interact frequently with regulatory auditors as a strategist to represent operations and as the lead tour strategist for areas of responsibility.
5.Work across multiple departments in Operations and manage competing priorities and requirements, including performing functional responsibilities.
6.Create, monitor and is responsible for achieving department's budget.
7.Interact with department's assigned representatives of all divisions to ensure the operation's manufacturing needs, regulatory standards, and company policies are met.
8.Monitor, report, and react accordingly to production variance reports.
9. Work collaboratively with others to gain agreement on a course of action.

- Experience- 15 to 25 years
- Education : Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Pharmacy or Science
- Demonstrated experience as a manager of team members
- Strong people management experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Location : Vizag
- Candidate should have experience in Injectable Vial.
