Job Description
The Job
• Primarily Responsible for full stack development related to the extension of the IBM Sterling CPQ platform capabilities and operational enhancements.
• Interact regularly, cross-functionally with Salesforce, SAP, OLFM, Middleware IT teams, Infra teams, vendor teams as well as various business groups.
• Proactive identification, analysis & implementation of automation, performance tuning opportunities.
• Managing and Interpreting spreadsheets and data.
• Should be quick learner, self-starter, result oriented, proactive and ready to take ownership of work.
• Ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines.
Requirements
Must-haves
• 6-8 years of strong hands on coding and design experience on Java (preferably experience with Java 8 and above)
Hands on experience on Angular JS, Jasper Reports (or similar technologies)
Hands on experience on Oracle, Pl/SQL
OR
6-8 years overall experience. At least 3-4 years of recent Hands on coding and design experience on IBM Sterling Platform (IBM Sterling CPQ or IBM Sterling OMS)
• Hands on experience on Web Services (REST / SOAP) & tools like SOAP UI, POSTMAN etc.
• Strong hands on experience on tools like GIT, Jenkins, Maven, Ant etc.
• Strong Exposure to Agile Development Practices.
• Exposure to Web/App servers like Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic etc.
• Hands on experience on tools like Atlassian JIRA, Rally, Remedy, Confluence Wiki etc.
• Positive Attitude, Strong communication skills, Cross functional teaming and collaboration skills
• Data driven approach to problem solving, focus on operational excellence
Good to have
• Experience of working with vendor teams.
• Exposure to CRM solutions (Salesforce), B2B sales applications.
• Experience of working with Linux/Unix.
• Exposure to Performance Monitoring, load testing tools
• Exposure to Code Review Tools like SonarQube, SonarLint etc.
• Exposure to Application monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk etc.
• Hands on experience on frameworks like spring, JPA, Hibernate, Struts, middle ware technologies like MQ.
• Exposure to test automation tools like Selenium, Silk Tools etc.
Qualification & work experience
• UG - B.Tech/B.E. OR PG – M.S/M.Tech/M.C.A from reputed institute/university
• 6-8 years Java full stack experience
OR
• 6-8 years overall experience. At least 3-4 years of recent hands on Experience on IBM Sterling CPQ/IBM Sterling OMS
