Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Should have good experience in CAB Exterior or Interior in BIW, Plastics, Trims.
- Lead and organize the engineering group by defining roles within the team, setting individual
and team targets, support personal development plans and set salaries, as well as creating a great place to grow for our employees.
• You shall work & direct the teams with customer centric mindset and shall drive engineering leadership within the team from conceptualization till maintenance of the systems and components designed including the field failures & end customer complaints.
- Achieve set goals and all deliveries in terms of budget, time & quality.
• Develop personnel and secure competences for future demands and needs.
• You shall interface and participate in PI planning with other sites and ensure commitments
towards deliveries by the team.
- You shall have close interactions with other site managers to plan and adjust for any changes needed.
• You shall Build and strengthen the innovation culture within the team bringing patentable ideas in the organization focus areas to bring competitive advantage for the Company.
• Implement and develop processes as necessary and drive operational excellence and
constantly improve your way of working.
Requirements
Experience : 12 to 18 years
Location : Bangalore
Education : B.Tech/BE/M.Tech (Mechanical)
- Candidate should have good experience in Cab Exterior and Interior in Design and Development.
