Job Description

. This candidate will shape and drive the Technology Strategy for the organization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and professionals to proactively
understand the Infrastructure Services needs of the business and technology teams and to
communicate opportunities, progress, and accomplishments
• Contribute to the defining and maintaining the technology roadmap for the Infrastructure and Cloud
platforms
• Building an outstanding technology team, including the recruitment, development, coaching and
retention of technology professionals with effective succession plans
• Working closely with the global teams develop and enable the organisation and people transformation
agenda
• Planning, organisation and control across programmes and budgets ensuring the appropriate delivery,
risk management, security and fiscal governance is in place across the teams
• Actively manage third party partners and suppliers ensuring relationships are current and issues
addressed early

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications Required
• Excellent relationship management skills and proven stakeholder management
• Experience of organisational change and associated people agenda
• Ability to analyse complex problems in a structured manner whilst working under pressure;
• Proven experience with identifying and mitigating risk from change;
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Natural confidence, drive and enthusiasm, with the ability to impart a sense of urgency to the delivery
teams;
• Proven of experience working successfully with large Infrastructure and Cloud environments;
• Proven experience in providing technical leadership and influencing plans for supportable designs;
• Proven ability to proactively identify and respond to changing market conditions which may affect
applications;
• Extensive production support experience and knowledge of what is required to ensure production
stability;
• Experience in development/change projects including a disciplined approach to implementation,
especially in relation to Agile ways of working;
• Demonstrable ability to lead by influencing technology teams without direct authority in a matrix
environment;
• Be able to demonstrate an open mindset and highlight relevant examples of diversity through team
structures, thinking and approach
• Proven experience with settings goals, coaching, and providing formal and informal feedback to team
members;
• Experience working in a global environment to multi-million-dollar budgets
