Job Description

Position Title: Program Manager Lead

Experience working in a multinational high technology corporation in the areas related to operations, reverse logistics, repair operations, planning, forecasting, inventory management

Primary Responsibilities:
• Administer and assist with the management of programs in areas of Asset recovery for repair /refurb parts including coordination with various stakeholders
• Manage the inventory pool for used core and refurbished part across different stocking locations for an assigned set of parts
• Maintenance of SAP tables to set up various parameters related to projects
• Analyzes reports and metrics for deviation from plan, reconciles data variances and uses that information to guide the identification of root cause and execution of corrective action activities to deliver system capability and improvement
• Manage the planning and resupply of material for an assigned set of parts, in support of organizational asset management and customer service goals
• Supports Annual Operating Plan initiatives for Global Spares and is actively involved in continuous improvement efforts
• Self-motivated individual contributor role and normally receives little instruction on day-today work, general instructions on new assignments


Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:

• Proven experience in supply chain activities in managing inventory health programs in the any of areas related to material planning, inventory management, reverse value chain, procurement etc.
• Proficiency in SAP MM & SD, MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project), knowledge of dashboarding tools like Power Apps and Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with familiarity to statistical techniques and lean six sigma methodology to help analyze, document and improve business processes with sustained results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally with a desire to work as part of a global team
• High energy, strong work ethic, adaptive, able to meet tight deadlines without much supervision
