Role Description:

Head the Business Development efforts for DFS (Digital Financial Solution) unit’s Enterprise business ensuring BD targets are met, while driving customer satisfaction. The person will also lead DFS’ LATAM BD efforts. This is a team management and leadership position.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

Role Comprises:

Market analysis in digital financial solutions domain
Work with their Enterprise and LATAM sales team to generate, qualify and pursue opportunities for new business
Coordination with internal stakeholders such as product management, business analysts, technical managers
Coordination with support services such as legal, finance etc for proposals and contracts
New business growth and existing account mining
Build their brand and engage the customer at various levels to help manage perceptions
Team and stakeholder management

Requirements

Skills & Abilities:
Functional
• Good domain knowledge of Digital Financial Services domain, especially digital banking and payments/ fintech. Telecom domain knowledge is an added advantage (for LATAM BD)
• CXO level presentations
• Value proposition - creation and articulation from a business perspective. Translating technology features into business benefits
• Working with multiple stakeholders in complex team structures
• Understand cross-cultural work setting
