Job Description
Designation : Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager- SAP EHS
- Managing and executing assigned (new or existing) systems / software related implementation / support activities to ensure timely completion of assigned activities by coordinating with all concerned departments.
- Responsible for project planning and ensuring that the project is moving as per the project plan.
- Identifying system gaps and understanding and validating the business requirements wherein systems can support the business process for improving efficiency, reliability of the same. Further, suggest the solutions available to meet such business requirements or bridge system gaps.
- Designing systems such that the KPIs required to monitor business process performance would become available post implementation of projects / CRs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for project execution and maintain documentation of the same. - Ensuring all stakeholders are updated about the project updates and project status.
- Performing system testing before releasing the system for user testing and ensuring closure of all the test issues.
- Prepare / Update user manuals for the support projects and CRs being managed by him/her.
- Conduct end user trainings - majorly for upgradation projects and refresher trainings.
- Ensure that the systems are configured as per the AMS guidelines
- Performing the role of internal system SME for the upgradation projects being executed by him/her
- Ensuring that the required project related documentation is comprehensive and updated at all times.
- Being the first point of contact for any system related issues which are highlighted by the end users.
Requirements
Experience : 5 to 9 years
Location - Mumbai & Vadadora
- Education : B.Tech/B,E & MBA
- Should have managed and implemented at least one end to end system for Sustainability and Risk Management such as Enablon, SAP EHSM.
- To design and implement IT tools / systems so as to enhance efficiency of
various functions.
