Job Description

Role Description and Responsibilities:
· Driving business growth in Banking sector across India domestic and global clients
· Creating the right domain knowledge framework, solutions and constructs, which can be showcased and sold in India as well as globally
· Build a team of Banking experts who can create client relationships as well as intra-Invent peer relationships in other countries to help expand India footprint
· Responsible for the industry business (bookings and revenue), solutions and artifacts and team end to end
· Built strategy for accelerated growth

Required Experience:
· Understanding of consulting business landscape in India
· Experience of global delivery models in the consulting (NOT IT) business
· Ability to work across sales, delivery, business development, solutioning and people management skills
· Ability to manage a P&L independently
· Strong sector expertise with ability to work with global clients and stakeholders

Technical Competencies:
· Understanding of digital transformation space and Fintech
· Ability to bring together business and technology concepts in the digital transformation programs
· Experience of working in large Financial services companies across geographies and cultures
Leadership Competencies Required:
· Strong Client facing experience and C level relationship management
· Passionate, high energy, excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
· Strong people management
· Work in a cross functional / teaming environment and drive business agenda across various stakeholders
· Significant thought leadership exhibited and should be known as one of the experts in an area within Banking industry
