System Assessment Incharge (Business Excellence)

Opportunity with a Well established MNC Company and it is leading Indian manufacturer of speciality chemicals and pharmaceuticals and it is based out in Vadadora/Baroda location.

Designation : Business Excellence Incharge

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Provide support in developing the annual assessment plan, assessment objectives and scope and have good exposure in Audit- ISO - 9001.
2. Responsible to prepare the assessment protocol with the element core team and system assessment manager.
3. Monitor and ensure timely adherence to annual assessment plan.
4. Ensure adherence to assessment protocols during assessment executions.
5. Assess adequacy and effectiveness of control, adherence to Expansion pillar's guidelines, codes and procedures, effective compliance, identify & report process & control gaps.
6. Analyze data/ records/information, identify the gaps, its impact and suggest preventive and corrective measures and finalize reports.
7. Assess the functional competencies of user/ employee by interviewing them regarding the defined business process and process steps during the assessment
8. Discuss the assessment findings/observations with respective group managers, group heads and system assessment ,manager.
9. Responsible to update the assessment protocol and assign the findings in AIMS to the respective assessee.
10. Responsible to provide support in drafting the assessment reports and circulate with the stakeholders.
11. Responsible to identify the best industrial practices and suggest the respective pillar/vertical head to incorporate the same in the existing business processes defined in the AMS guidelines/Codes/Procedures.
12. Perform follow-up on implementation/ closure of agreed action plan by assessee and perform validation of implemented controls.
13. Explore and suggest the opportunities to digitize the existing non-digital processes.

Experience : 3 to 8 years
Location : Vadadora/Baroda
- Strong knowledge of Project Management, Procurement & Engineering Processes.
- Strong report making and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skill and communication skill.
- Business process knowledge and familiarity.
- Knowledge of Digital platforms.
